  Founder of InvestCHN Chase Wu, Kronhof GmbH: Frank Knabe, Founder and Group Chairman; Adam Christopher Lavoie, Group Director and Group Vice President; Tori Josephine, Group Production Manager and others participated Fifth Haining Entrepreneurs Convention 2020 hosted by Zhejiang Haining Municipal Party Committee and Haining Municipal Government, Haining Bureau of Commerce, it was successfully held in Haining on 28th of September. “Upsurge with lots of positive images, spirit of brave and enterprising”, The purpose of the conference is to summarise the valuable experience of the previous four Haining Entrepreneurs conferences, to further push the spirit of Haining, to further consolidate the strength of entrepreneurs’ business, further stimulate the enthusiasm of old and new entrepreneurs’ businesses to actively participate in the construction of Haining business development and invest in Haining, for start a new journey of higher level and at the same time, comprehensive construction of modernist socialisation.

  This year is a unique year, In the 2019-nCoV, in the challenges and in the opportunities, thousands of Haining people have taken the role of “A greater demonstration example of the most exciting section of important windows”, focusing on new industries, create new plans for new business formats and moving forward to achieve a “new leap”, work together and gather a stronger force for high quality development.

  Jianjun Zhu, Secretary of the Haining Municipal Party Committee expressed key points at the conference, with the theme of “Window”, he shared the beautiful blueprint of Haining practiced the “Eight eight strategy”, harder working to create an “important window” and courageously demonstration model of a great blueprint.

  Haining focuses on the layout of the east and west “two way” and builds an “international quality modern city”. Firstly, it is the “important ecological economic along the Qiantang River Bay”, focusing on the layout: Jianshan New District Modern Industrial New City, Yuanhua Zhong Town Sunshine New City, Maqiao Jingbian Park World Warp Knitting City, Chinese Ancient Town of Yanguan Music Town, Qiantang International New City of High Technology Zone. These Five city create a “five cities embrace the river”. The second is “along Hanghai innovation with International Railway Industry”, key layout: Zhejiang University International Union College, Juanhu International Science and Technology  City “Innovation Station”; Central city, economic development zone, production-city integration “Vitality Station”; Leather city, the global leather fashion capital, Chinese High-end autumn winter fashion capital “Fashion Station”; Changan Town, The Canal Ancient Town, The International Silk Town, The World Garden Conference “Beautiful Station”. Hanghai New District, Xucun New City “Ronghang Station”; All together realises the “Five Station Linkage”. At the same time, Haining “ten four five” over positioning “International Quality Modern City”: “International” means to create a model for county internationalisation; “Quality” means “Quality on Service”, “Quality Intelligent Manufacturing”, “Quality Life” and the whole quality improvement; “Modern City” means “Nature” that echoes “Era”, make it becomes “Era of Haining”.

  Jianjun Zhu said that the inspiration by “Era of Haining”, was that the general secretary said “sailboat in the bad weather condition” it means “the more difficult it is, the more forward it is”, it is meaning no force can stop the progress of Haining. He proposed: Firstly, let us jointly open the “window of the era”; Secondly, let Haining become the “window of development” for entrepreneurs; and thirdly, entrepreneurs in Haining to become Haining’s “window of display”.

  In 2019, The Haining Municipal Party Committee and Municaipal Government established the “Modern City Friendship Award” to commend international friends for their outstanding contributions to Haining’s economic construction.   In 2020, The Haining Municipal People’s Congress passed a resolution to grant the title of “Honorary Citizen of Haining” to people who have made outstanding contributions to Haining’s economy, society, science and technology, education and etc. to show the high respects. Yonghua Song, International Union College of Zhejiang University (Haining International Campus) and the current President of the University of Macau; Xiande Li, Chairman of JinkSolar co.,Ltd and Jinko Power Technology Co.,Ltd.; Xianghong Chen, Chairman of Dinghu Group, Chairman and General Manager of Haining Yanguan Ancient City Tourism Co.,Ltd. also the Chief Planner of Yanguan Music Town Project;  Qiang Fu, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang University, Former Secretary of the Working Committee of the International Union College of Zhejiang University.

  Haining with a lot of outstanding people since the reform, Haining industrialists working forward of Haining spirit of “advancing” and “Working hard” with a mindset of “including all”. Through Haining Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have made scientific plans for a long time, and Haining’s economy has made remarkable achievements. With the four successful entrepreneurs’ conferences, it is not only condensed the entrepreneur’s consensus, it is also on the spirit level, it has promoted more entrepreneurs return back to Haining to invest and start businesses, attracted new entrepreneurs to invest in Haining and buy properties in Haining.

  A total of 44 major investment projects were signed at the conference, with a total investment of approximately 31 billion Yuan. There are 9 foreign investment projects with a total investment of 512 million USD, and 35 domestic founded projects with a total investment of approximately 27.4 billion Yuan (4 talent people projects with a total investment of 440 million Yuan).

  These signed projects have three main characteristics: Firstly, the cluster of emerging industry projects. 28 emerging industries signed contracts to settle in Haining represented by Pan-semiconductor, life and health, aerospace, new energy and new materials, and smart kitchen appliances with a total investment of approximately 21.4 billion Yuan; Secondly, the agglomeration of high quality foreign investment. In the conference signed 3 foreign projects with a total over 100 million USD, a total investment of 370 million USD and 2 projects for the world’s top 500 projects; Thirdly, clustering of new business format projects. Leather City and Alibaba have developed strategic cooperation to promote the construction of Taobao live broadcast base in the industry, the transformation of digital intelligence market. The construction and operation of Taobao Cloud Market in Leather City, at the same time two “first store economy” projects were introduced with a total investment of 164 million Yuan.
